ingredients:

4 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 cup cauliflower, finely chopped
1 cup green peas
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 large tomato, finely chopped
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
2 tablespoons pav bhaji masala
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
Salt, to taste
2 tablespoons butter
4-6 pav buns
Coriander leaves, chopped
Lemon wedges

In a pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Cook the chopped onions until browned after adding them.
add the ginger and garlic paste.
Cook the chopped tomatoes that have been added until they are soft.
Together with the chopped cauliflower and green peas, add 1/2 cup of water. After giving the mixture a thick sauce, cover the pan. The vegetables should be soft after 10 to 12 minutes of cooking.
It is necessary to add salt, red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala, and mashed potatoes. Mix everything thoroughly, then cook for 5-7 minutes.
As you mash the vegetables, mix them up well with a spoon or a potato masher.
One tablespoon of butter is added and properly combined. 2–3 minutes of cooking time



Serve hot with pav buns, lemon slices, and chopped coriander leaves as a garnish.
To prepare the pav buns, cut them in half horizontally and lightly toast them in a frying pan with butter. Send the pav bhaji their way.
